We help you achieve your goals and develop a healthy lifestyle. To maintain the luxery of personal training, you train one on one or with your partner or workout buddy. We have the most innovative and latest equipment on the market, not typically found in regular gyms. We have our own fitness space where you can train privately, both indoors and outdoors, without other gym-goers.
Get fit and stay fit
We train both elite athletes and complete beginners. We also train sport-specific with tennis players, soccer players, runners, volleyball players and hockey players to improve their performance. Our personal training sessions are suitable for those want to get fitter, shape their bodies, and/or become stronger.
How it works
You can request a free intake session via the contact form or WhatsApp. A personalized training and nutricion plan will be devoleped for you, tailored to fit into your daily routine. Together we will decide on the days and times for your training sessions. This can be once a week for an hour, several hours per week, or multiple hours in a row. Feel free to drop by for an intake to talk about your wishes and training goals.
